Inspector's notes

At time of inspection, observed a Y valve on the mop sink. One side was open to the mop sink, the other was a T valve. On the T valve, one side was capped and the other side was connected to provide water for the chemical dispenser. Y valves and T valves are not approved to be used on the mop sink. If a chemical dispenser is used on the mop sink, it must be detached when not in use. Manager removed the shut off valves at time of inspection.
