Inspector's notes

Observed the establishment serving raw egg whites in 2 cocktails on the menu. No consumer advisory for the raw egg cocktails was observed on the menu. To correct violation, establishment must add a consumer advisory to the menus or switch to a pasteurized egg/egg white. Establishment stated they will order and switch to a pasteurized carton egg white. Inspector will follow up in 10 days to review the purchase of the pasteurized egg whites.
