Observed no cove base installed at the floor and wall juncture around the water heater. Please install cove base to eliminate voids/gaps and allow water to properly drain and prevent pooling. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection. 6-201.11 - Core: Floors, Walls and Ceilings-Cleanability Addl Notes: Observed the floor in the ware washing area to have exposed, rough concrete. According to the OC re-inspection report, a remodel will need to be submitted for the remaining work. Provide cutsheets for the flooring when submitting the remodel application. Flooring must be smooth, durable and easily cleanable. Kitchen surfaces must be smooth, easily cleanable, durable and non-absorbent to deter pest activity and pathogen growth. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
