Observed blender cups that had just been washed, rinsed, and sanitized at time of inspection with a build up of food debris underneath the blade. All food contact surfaces must be clean to sight and touch to prevent bacterial growth. Blender cups were rewashed at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed food contact surface beneath blender blade with food residue on all blenders after being stored clean. Discussed soaking options to try to remove food residue prior to wash, rinse and sanitizing. Please maintain a regular cleaning schedule to prevent build up and discussed using a small brush for hard to reach- places.
