Observed milk sitting out at room temperature measuring at 61 degrees F internally. Also observed eggs sitting out at room temperature measuring at 76 degrees F internally. Per PIC, those items had been left out for approximately 1-2 hours. PIC was instructed to put items back into refrigeration. Discussed cold holding and ensuring items are placed back in refrigeration after use.
