Observed potted plants inside the handwashing sink by manager workstation. PIC removed plants from handwashing sink at the time of inspection. PIC will ensure establishment discontinues use of handwash sink for all activities that are not for handwashing. Observed no individual clean paper towels available for handwashing sink by three compartment sink and in restroom. PIC supplied both hand-washing sinks with hand drying towels at time of inspection. Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
