Observed dishwasher in the back area in use with 0PPM of chlorine sanitizer at the time of the inspection. All warewashing will occur via the 3-compartment sink until the unit can be repaired. Discussed the importance of proper sanitizer levels (50-100PPM) and proper monitoring of sanitizer levels. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
