PIC provided invoice that parts will be in 8/21/2026 and technician will complete repair. Currently there is no food cold holding in either unit.

Observed the following food items cold holding at internal temperature of 46-63 deg F i n a reach in unit that was holding >41 deg F. Manager discarded Ham cheese, Turkey American, and protein pack Lunchables, Italian wraps, Steak Jalapeno, Egg cheese burritos, Italian, Turkey sandwiches, Pepperoni hot pockets, Pepperoni, salami, mozzarella sticks, Hard boiled eggs, breakfast sandwiches, Italian subs, Coby Jack hard salami slices, Turkey protein packs, Ranch chicken salad. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
