Inspector's notes

Observed employee grab bottle of sanitizer tablets to move away from food with gloved hands and then proceeded to continue cutting onions with the same gloved hands. Discussed the importance of proper hand washing and when hand washing is required with the person-in-charge (PIC). Hands must be washed at any time contamination occurs and when changing tasks. Employee was re-directed to remove gloves, wash their hands and place new gloves on at the time of the inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
