Observed dishes in the bar dishwasher with chlorine concentration of 0 ppm. Bottle appears to have just been switched. Discussed priming the machine after switching concentrate bottles to ensure concentration is between 50 and 100 ppm. Machine was primed and final concentration was 100 ppm. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
