Inspector's notes

Observed handwashing sink in the kitchen was blocked by trash can on wheels and had a container inside the sink basin. PIC removed wheels from the trash can which set it lower to the ground and could be tucked under the handsink, and removed the containers from inside the hand sink. A handwashing sink must be kept clear and accessible at all times. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Inspector's notes

Observed chlorine dishwasher in the kitchen and at the bar with chlorine concentration of 0 ppm. Machines were primed and bar dishwasher tested at 100 ppm. Kitchen dishwasher was still not working and PIC called to have unit serviced. PIC also told employees to handwash dishes prior to dishwasher being fixed. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed kitchen handwashing sink with no paper towels. Per PIC, employees usually use cloth multi use towels. Single use towels shall be used to prevent recontamination of hands or other surfaces with the towels. Employee obtained a roll of paper towels for the handwashing sink. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
