Observed walk-in refrigeration ambient temperature of 50*F. Per operator, walk-in refrigeration unit was observed not to be functional this morning. Operator discarded all TCS food items from night before and only whole produce is stored a walk-in refrigeration unit. Technician arrived earlier today and is in the process of repairs. Operator has enough cooler capacity to operate safely until Friday. Operator was instructed to limit food deliveries and operator was instructed to postpone cooling operations or limit menu. A re-inspection will be conducted by 05/15/26. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection.
