Dish machine measured 0ppm chlorine. PIC found sanitizer container to be empty. A full container of sanitizer was obtained and machine was ran until sanitizer measured between 50-100ppm. Ensure machine is properly checked daily for chlorine levels. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
