Inspector's notes

Observed several flies in the kitchen landing on wooden pizza boards and around the dough sheeter. Pizza boards, not currently in use were washed, rinse and sanitized. Establishment had a fly light but it was not currently in operation. Discussed moving the fly light to a different wall to ensure it would not be above food preparation/food contact areas and ensuring that back door stays closed. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
