Inspector's notes

Observed deli turkey, milk, diced chicken, and beef crumbles in the front of the refrigerator ranging from 44*F to 45*F using probe thermometer, verified by person in charge (PIC). All other TCS food items located in the back of the refrigerator were at 41*F or below. Ambient temperature was 43.7*F using min/max thermometer. PIC relocated food items to different refrigerator to rapid cool. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
