Observed an employee's energy drink stored inside of a produce bin with cauliflower for customer consumption in the walk-in cooler. Areas designated for employees to eat, drink, and use tobacco shall be located so that food, equipment, linens, and single-service articles are protected from contamination. Person in Charge (PIC) relocated the energy drink to the employee bin in the walk-in cooler. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed in the walk in cooler marinated goat cheese with a use by date of 3/13. RTE/TCS foods requiring date marking must be date marked within 24 hours and sold or discarded after 7 days (including the day it was made as day 1). Food product was embargoed and All RTE/TCS foods past 7 days of preparation were discarded by PIC at the time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
