observed facility with expired mozzarella cheese with a use by date of 3/1, hot dogs with a use by date of 3/5, Hawaiian sausage with a use by date of 3/11, Swiss cheese with a use by date of 3/1, cheddar cheese with a use by date of 2/23, and Turkey with a use by date of 2/22. RTE/TCS foods requiring date marking must be date marked within 24 hours and sold or discarded after 7 days (including the day it was made as day 1). Food was embargoed.
