Observed the following TCS items inside the walk-in fridge holding 45- 51*f degrees. Cooked shrimp, assorted cooked noodles, shredded cheese, ravioli, cooked broccoli, feta cheese, roasted red pepper, cooked mushrooms, pulled pork, steak, and pot stickers. All items out of temperature for an unknown amount of time. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Eggs not treated to destroy Salmonellae can be stored in equipment that maintains an ambient air temperature of 45°F or below.
