First basin should be soapy water, 2nd basin is clear water, and 3rd basin is santiizer water. Bleach water is at 50 ppm by the end of the inspection. Ensure there is at least 50-100ppm bleach at the 3rd basin while washing dishes. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
