Observed a buildup of food debris on the back of the blade of the meat slicer. According to manager, the slicer was stored as clean. Discussed cleaning methods of the slicer to ensure no food debris remains after cleaning. All food contact surfaces must be clean to sight and touch to prevent contamination. Slicer was cleaned at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
