Inspector's notes

The hand sink behind the bar had a large trash bin blocking access and the hand sink in the back storage area had pots in the basin at time of inspection. Person in charge (PIC) unblocked both hand sinks at time of inspection. All hand sinks need to be clean, clear, and ready to use at all times. PIC will ensure establishment discontinues use of handwash sink for all activities that are not for handwashing. PIC relocated all items blocking handwash sink at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

There were no time stamps on the rice at time of inspection. Person in charge (PIC) placed time stamps on the rice. Time as a Public Health Control requires written procedures detailing process for Time as a Public Health Control and time-stamping for items actively held under Time as a Public Health Control. All TCS foods being held under time as a control were properly time stamped at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Inspector's notes

Observed a first aid kit on a rack above food and food contact containers. Discussed contamination risk and moving the first aid supply box to the bottom shelf. First aid supplies must be stored away from food, utensils, and single service items at all times to prevent contamination. All first aid supplies were relocated and properly stored by PIC at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection. 7-102.11 - Priority Foundation: Common Name-Working Containers Addl Notes: Observed a container of soap on a rack that did not have a label. All cleaners and chemicals need a label to reduce risk of contamination. Person in charge (PIC) used a marker to write the name on the bottle at time of inspecition. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
