Inspector's notes
Observed multiple full refrigerators with TCS foods inside. Establishment does not have a working walk in refrigerator. Equipment for cooling and holding cold time/temperature control for safety (TCS) foods must be sufficient in capacity to provide proper ambient air temperatures and air circulation. Overloading a refrigeration unit past its design capacity restricts necessary airflow. PIC was made aware to fix walk in refrigerator or add more refrigeration to supply the amount of TCS food being stored. Corrective Action: Correct within 10 days.

Observed multiple dead cockroach in floor drains back of house. PIC was made aware and scheduled a time to remove these roaches at time of inspection. Verified with PIC that a licensed pest control company comes out to spray. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
