Inspector's notes
Observed no soap at the handwashing sink by the three-compartment sink. Alerted the manager who replaced the empty soap bottle on the automatic dispenser at time of inspection. Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap, and an approved hand-drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Core-5-501.110, C: Storage Refuse, Recyclables and Returnables Observed multiple bags of trash and recyclable items stored outside in the back of the establishment. The full-trash bags were not enclosed in an impermeable container. The manager stated closing staff were not able to use the dumpster the night prior, because the dumpster was too full. The manager stated the dumpster had been emptied earlier in the day. At time of inspection, an employee took the trash and recyclables to the dumpster. Refuse and recyclables shall be stored in receptacles or waste handling units so that they are inaccessible to insects and rodents. Correct By: Corrected At Time Of Inspection
