Observed cooler holding bacon wrapped hot dogs. Took temperature of hot dogs and temperature measured at 55*F. Asked operator how long hot dogs have been in cooler and per operator, hot dogs were in for about 20 minutes. Discussed with operator that hot dogs need to be kept at 41*F or below at all times. Operator put more ice in cooler to lower the temperature. Correct By: Corrected At Time Of Inspection
