Saw operator on 71st and W Hughes Dr, and they said that they were not operating. The inspector has also made attempts to contact you by phone and/or email to determine when and where the Mobile Food Establishment will be in operation so they may conduct an inspection. At this time, you have failed to return their phone calls or respond to their emails and have not allowed them access to inspect fully your Mobile Food Establishment.
