Inspector's notes

Observed no soap supplied in either of the male or female restrooms. Alerted the manager, who promptly replaced both of the empty soap dispensers. Discussed maintaining soap, paper towels, and a trash basin near ALL the handwashing sinks. Handwashing sinks must ALWAYS be maintained unobstructed and accessible Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
