Observed no water supply to the hand wash sink of the food cart. The person in charge stated it was due to a possible water pump malfunction. The person in charge then set up a temporary hand wash station. Discussed temporary hand wash station with minimum 5 gallons of potable water, free flowing spigot, and waste water container 15% larger than capacity of clean water container.
