Observed raw eggs stored over shredded cabbage with carrots in front reach-in fridge. Observed raw chicken and raw lamb stored over ready to eat sauces in buckets in rear reach-in. Items switched to appropriate level at time of inspection. Raw foods must be stored under ready to eat foods to avoid cross contamination. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
