Observed operator touching single use spoony by the bowl with bare hands for customer use. Discussed with operator that single use utensils shall be handled, displayed, and dispensed so that contamination of FOOD-and lip-contact surfaces is prevented. Operator corrected by putting out a new park of plastic spoons with the handle up for dispensing. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
