According to the person in charge, eggs are cooked to order. No consumer advisory for the eggs was observed on the menu. Discussed with person in charge that foods that are served raw, partially cooked or undercooked should be identified on the menu with an asterisk and the accompanying consumer advisory (“Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness”) in the footnote. Offering and serving undercooked proteins requires an approved consumer advisory at all points of sale; and must contain an approved disclosure method and reminder statement. Discussed with person in charge to update menu to add the consumer advisory. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
