Observed two containers of raw shell eggs stored above the ready-to-eat foods (shredded cheese and cooked beans) in the reach in cooler. PIC relocated the raw shell eggs below the ready-to-eat food items. Advised PIC that all raw animal proteins must be stored below ready-to-eat (RTE) foods and stored according to cooking temperature at all times to prevent cross contamination. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
