Inspector's notes

Observed multiple foods in metal pans out of temperature, including a jalapeno mix 47°F, green salsa at 49°F, and bagged/portioned cabbage mix 49°F. Except during preparation, cooking, cooling or when time is used as a control all TCS foods must be maintained at 41°F or below. Per PIC items had been set out around 6:45am and farmers market event ends at 11am. PIC added ice to ice bath that pans were sitting in to bring temperature of items down. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
