Observed reach-in cooler across from cookline at 58.3*F and reach-in cooler across from cookline prep table at 50.1*F. Per person in charge (PIC), reach-in coolers were not in use. All equipment shall be maintained in good repair at all times. Establishment shall repair reach-in coolers to a state of good repair prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
