Inspector's notes

Shell eggs, whipping cream, two packages of ham, and butter items-50-52F in the reach in cooler in the kitchen. PIC discarded all items-see embargo form. Keep PHF/TCS in cold holding at 41F or below. *Ambient temperature of the reach in cooler was 51F. PIC removed all food items from the unit and stated that the unit would be scheduled for repair. *Establishment serves food one day a week (Tuesdays) and has a second unit that was at proper temperature in an adjoining room ( workout room). Establishment has sufficient refrigeration. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
