Ensure to repair doors latch mechanism to properly seal cool air to maintain refrigeration temperatures at 41*F or below. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection. 4-101.11 (B-E) - Core: Characteristics- Multiuse; Durable, Nonabsorbent, Smooth, Easily Cleanable Addl Notes: Observed rusted shelving in walk-in refrigeration unit. Observed wooden preparation surfaces showing signs of pitting, chipping, crazing, scratching, scoring in kitchen area. Ensure to repair/ replaced old shelving and provide a smooth cleanable surface. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
