Core-4-501.11, C: Good Repair and Proper Adjustment-Equipment Prior to full use, mechanical dishwasher not reaching proper sanitizing rinse temperature per unit's readable thermometer nor inspector's max/min thermometer ( i.e.-165*F). Assure that unit properly reaches proper hot water sanitizing rinse temperature during cycle prior to use. ---------- PIC has informed food employees of improperly functioning mechanical dishwasher.
