Discussed with PIC about ensuring that hot water can be supplied to the handsink and prep sinks. Hot water of at least 100*F should be supplied to hand sinks and at least 110*F to all other sinks. PIC stated the water heater is in the process of being replaced. Informed PIC that a remodel will need to be applied for if the tank is replaced with a tankless water heater.
