Multiple containers of hotdogs and tornados in large reach in cooler did not have date marks, person in charge was not sure when they had been opened and voluntarily discarded them at time. Please ensure all TCS food items are date marked to be discarded 6 days after the date they have been prepared or removed from packaging. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
