At in use wiping cloth bucket, wiping cloths sitting in quat sanitizer solution with a concentration of <150ppm. After almost empty bottle of sanitizer was exchanged for full bottle, wiping cloth bucket was remade with quat sanitizer solution with a concentration of 200ppm.All wet wiping cloths are to be stored in sanitizer buckets with approved sanitizer concentrations. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
