Per the person in charge the build up of debris in the specified areas will be cleaned. Please ensure to maintain floor, walls, and ceilings clean at all times. Core-6-201.13, C: Floor and Wall Junctures, Coved, and Enclosed or Sealed---During inspection observed the cove bases near the walk in freezer to be in disrepair. Per person in charge the cove base will be repaired in the walls specified. Ensure to provide cove base in the walls to create a smooth and easily cleanable surface.
