Observed dead cockroach on prepackaged coffee protein packet in coffee self-serve station. Observed two dead roaches underneath cabinets directly below coffee area. Per operator, there was a recent leak in that area and pest control is due for upcoming service. Las pest control report presented with date:6/15/26 and report indicated no activity. Discussed with operator to ensure pest control arrives on schedule or sooner to eliminate any activity. Ensure to clean and sanitize entire coffee station areas by removing all equipment and product. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

Discussed with operator total 6 prepackaged omelets are not longer safe for consumption. Discussed to relocate all TCS food items that have not exceeded the 4hour time limit.
