Per PIC they do not check temperatures of coolers and are unaware of when cooler went down, work order has been submitted to fix. Milk and eggs were discarded at time of inspection. No TCS items are to be held in coolers till fixed and holds items at 41*F or below. Correct By: Corrected At Time Of Inspection
