Inspector's notes
Observed three-compartment sink located in the backroom with no hand sink located within 25-feet and in line of sight. The nearest hand sinks are located in the restroom and outside of the of backroom door behind the cashier counter. Observed capped off water lines and a capped off drain line underneath the mounted desk in the back room. Informed PIC that a hand sink needs to be located and available for use in the back room of the establishment to promote proper hand washing when using the three-compartment sink. Upon reinspection inspector spoke to manager. Explained to PIC the necessity for a hand sink in the backroom were ware washing occurs. PIC input work order at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection on 7/20/2026. ***** 2nd Consecutive Violation *****

Observed three cartons of raw shell eggs stored above boxes of chocolate and various milks in the walk-in refrigerator. Informed PIC that raw animal proteins must be stored below all ready-to-eat (RTE) foods. All raw animal proteins and RTE foods were properly stored at time of inspection. All raw animal proteins must be stored below ready-to-eat (RTE) foods and stored according to cooking temperature at all times to prevent cross contamination. PIC properly stored all raw animal proteins according to the final cooking temperature based on the cooking parameters in § 3-401.11 of the Food Code. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed four bottles of window cleaner on a top shelf above candy, sunflower seeds, gum, mints, snack mix, chips, and cereal. Informed PIC that chemicals must always be stored away from food. PIC properly stored the window cleaner and foods at time of inspection. Chemicals must be stored away from food, utensils, and single service items at all times to prevent contamination. All chemicals were relocated and properly stored by PIC at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
