Inspector's notes
Observed floor drain behind ice machine collecting wastewater. Discussed with person in charge floor drain is still draining but very slowly. PIC stated they had maintenance look at it yesterday (9/22/25) and they will return today. Discussed with PIC the need to prevent any overflow from the floor drain and to turn ice machine off when needed. Must repair all plumbing to a state of good repair prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
