Observed sanitizer at three compartment sink with a concentration of <150 ppm Quat Based sanitizer. Sanitizer to be between 150 - 400 ppm or manufacturers recommendation. Person in charge has contacted repair company and staff can manually add sanitizer until repaired. Advised person in charge to have staff check levels at minimum beginning of shift Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
