Inspector's notes
Observed yogurt, deli meat, milk, cheeses, hard boiled eggs, bacon, hotdogs, sour cream, cream cheese, butter, naked juice, and cheese and cracker snack packs holding between 44 and 51 degrees Fahrenheit in large main fridge. Unit was observed on left side holding between 45 and 46 degrees Fahrenheit and right side holding between 40-41. PIC put in work ticket for unit and establishment has adequate alternative cold holding units. All TCS foods improperly cold held were discarded by PIC at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
