Inspector's notes

Observed six slices of pizza in the warmer next to the roller grill. Items had an internal temperature of 99 degrees Fahrenheit at time of inspection. Person in charge did not know what time the pizza was put in prior to his shift started. Per manager via telephone, a timer is supposed to be set for one hour and pizza is discarded at the end of the hour. Timer was not set current inspection day. Employee removed the pizza from the warmer and discarded at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
