Inspector's notes
In the back room where the 3 compartment sink is located for dishwashing, there is not an available handwashing station that is not already in another room (separated by a door) or within 25 feet. Establishment has 2 handwashing stations; one located in the front next to the registers (around 50 feet away from the back room) and in the restroom. Establishment has the need to clean food contact surfaces and should be handled with clean hands after being properly washed/sanitized. Please add a handwashing station that is within 25 feet of the 3 compartment sink and available without the means of going through a door. Reinspection will be conducted within 10 days.
