Observed missing cap on Atmospheric Vacuum Breaker (AVB) at cafeteria mop sink. All plumbing must be maintained in good repair at all times. Talked with PIC about avoiding possible avenues of potable water supply pollution. PIC agreed to order new cap for system. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
