Observed cut lettuce, cut tomato, and sliced cheese out on 4 hour time as a control marked for 10am discard. Items were temped at 70-73*f degrees, by the end of inspection the same batches were left out and the discard times were changed to 2pm. Items still temped between 70-73*f degrees. All items embargoed. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
